Deming Public Schools is Going Green!!

As of March 1, 2013 Deming Public Schools will be introducing a paperless application system. If you would like to apply for a position that is being advertised please follow these steps.

1. From our Human Resources page go to the left of the page and click Job Announcements.
2. Under Job Listing find the position you are interested in and click Apply.
3. Then you will see all the information about the vacancy on the top right of the page click Apply for this Position.
4. If this is the first time using this system you will click on Create New Account and Apply, if you have already used this system you will be asked to enter your username and password.
5. You will be asked to fill out the application. Once you are finished you will submit the application and the system will notify us about your application.

Please make sure you keep your username and password as you will need this to apply for future positions. You will also be given the opportunity to attach any documentation. If you have any question please ask any of the Human Resources Staff.

We, the Human Resources Department, focus on customer service and customer relations to Deming Public School students and Deming Public School employees as well as the community. Our goal is to strive daily to assure someone is always available in the department responding in a timely manner. We want to be a friendly face and a friendly voice to those seeking our assistance. We work to provide accurate answers and referrals to the person who can provide the answers and solutions to inquiries. We work to be respectful at all times.

Our department’s goals are  

  • To assure there is a highly qualified teacher in every classroom.
  • To assure there is qualified staff in every area to produce a successful school district.

The Human Resources Department's primary purpose is to provide the district with the most qualified staff that will positively affect the learning outcomes for students.
