To provide the District with quality projects, delivered on time, within budget and with no loss time project related injuries.

Department Services:

The Office of Construction and Facilities Management (OCFM) is the construction arm of the District.  We provide construction services to the District through a variety of delivery methods. Some projects are done in house with our licensed staff.  Some smaller projects are completed with the use of students in a training environment through our “Construction Trades Program” at the High School.  Most of our work is contracted out to the general construction community.  The District is committed to providing the best facilities we can for our students and staff.
