Deming High School is proud to announce the upcoming Induction Ceremony for the National Honor Society (NHS) on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The event will take place in the school auditorium and will recognize the outstanding achievements of our students who have demonstrated excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
The National Honor Society is one of the nation’s premier organizations established to recognize and encourage academic achievement while developing essential qualities among students. This year’s inductees have shown exceptional dedication to their studies and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community.
We are honored to have Mr. Nelson Diaz, Assistant Principal of Deming High School, as this year’s keynote speaker. Mr. Diaz's extensive experience in education and his dedication to fostering student success make him an inspiring choice for this significant occasion.
The ceremony will include the formal induction of new members, Mr. Diaz's keynote address, and the presentation of certificates. Family, friends, and community members are warmly invited to attend and celebrate the accomplishments of our students.
Please join us in honoring the hard work and dedication of these remarkable young leaders. For more information about the ceremony, please contact the chapter advisor, Anita Odell at

We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with our community!
