Register all students in your household easily with one application!
New students are able to enroll during the Covid-19 school closure, using the online registration application. Once submitted, the school/schools that you enrolled your child/children in will contact you to complete the registration process.
Parents/guardians may begin registering for the 2020-2021 school year. K-5 Plus begins in July 2020 and all other grade levels begin in August 2020. Please see the 2020-21 school calendar for more information.
NOTE: ONLY a custodial parent or guardian should fill out the online application
Parents/guardians will be able to upload documentation while completing the online application OR bring required documentation to their local school after buildings re-open. Due to COVID-19 closures, parents should NOT visit local schools to register their student.
Deming Public Schools utilizes Online Registration powered by Infinite Campus. It is HIGHLY recommended that you use Google Chrome, FireFox or Safari when completing registration.

Please read all information before proceeding with online registration. This will ensure you are able to easily complete and submit your application
New Mexico Law requires that all children entering day care and school to be immunized against measles, mumps, polio, rubella, tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, haemophilus influenza, varicella and meningitis or provide a notarized waiver for medical or religious exemption. Immunization exemption must be on the proper New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) form below:
- Certificate of Exemption from Immunization (English)
- Certificate of Exemption from Immunization (Spanish)

Proof of Date of Birth
Students entering the school district for the first time must submit proof of date of birth to be used for verification by the school for placement in the students permanent record folder. The school will accept evidence in the order set forth below that shows the student’s date of birth:
- A certified copy of a birth certificate, certified hospital birth record or birth certificate;
- A military ID;
- A passport; OR
- An adoption record.
How do we verify residence?
Below are a list of documents that will be accepted to establish residency.
Please provide at least one.
- A deed or mortgage payment receipt, dated within 60 days of enrollment;
- A current property tax bill, current lease or house agreement;
- A signed letter from Landlord with a signed receipt;
- A current utility bill (i.e., water or electric bill), dated within 60 days of enrollment; OR
- A current New Mexico Driver's license
- must be Real ID compliant, visit MVD NM for more information.
- NM Driver's license/ID MUST list current physical address in school boundary.
- For out of state licenses, please provide one of the other documents listed.

How To Enroll Your Student
If your child has never attended a school in the Deming Public School District OR is a returning student, you will need to enroll them using the process outlined below
Step 1: Age Requirements by Grade
Some students under 4 years old may be eligible to enroll in pre-kindergarten programs provided by DPS. Please contact MY Little School for more information
Student must be 5 years old by 12:01 a.m. on September 1st.
Student must be 6 years old by 12:01 a.m. on September 1st.

Demographic, health and medical information, immunization record.
Address, phone numbers and Date of Birth. Date of births are used to verify whether or not the person is already in the system or not.
