Board of Education Policy Manual

The Deming Public Schools Board of Education recently approved and adopted a full transition to the New Mexico School Boards Association Policy Service. The program provides the district with enhanced policy services by a licensed New Mexico Attorney. Policies are then updated as changes in statutory law, case law, state agency rules and regulations, Attorney General Opinions, and other circumstances occur. 

In an effort for transparency, the District has posted the policies (in draft form) to the website. This will only be temporary as the final draft is being revised.
