Board of Education Policy Manual

Deming Public Schools is currently reviewing policies that are part of the New Mexico School Boards Association Policy Service. The program provides the district with enhanced policy services by a licensed New Mexico Attorney. Policies are then updated as changes in statutory law, case law, state agency rules and regulations, Attorney General Opinions, and other circumstances occur.

The Board of Education encourages feedback from parents, community members, and staff, during the review process. The policies are posted on the district's website and the list of dates the Board will be discussing these new policies is below. Any questions or comments about this process or pertaining to any policies can be emailed to [email protected].
