Deming Public School District will occasionally seek services via the Bid or Proposals submission process as dictated by the NM State Procurement Code. Specifications for active bids/proposals may be downloaded from this site or obtained at the Deming Public School's Administration Office, which is located at 1001 West Diamond Avenue, Deming, New Mexico 88030.
Proposals will be received anytime between the opening and closing dates via standard mail marked "Sealed Bid/Proposal (bid#) to the attention of the Purchasing Specialist, located at 1001 South Diamond, Deming, New Mexico 88030 or Electronic submission through Bidnet Direct.
Deming Public Schools has partnered with BidNet as part of the New Mexico Purchasing Group to post bid opportunities to this site.
